Municipalities interested in placing a Job Ad with the Municipal Engineers Association should contact:
Pricing Effective February 13, 2017 (HST)
Website advertising only: $495.00 plus $64.35 HST per job ad ($559.35)
Website and Hard Copy Mail-out: $700 plus $91.00 HST per job ad ($791.00)
Please provide a copy of your municipality's job ad by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your municipality's logo if preferred. Ads should be in Adobe (.pdf) format.
If the website only advertising option is selected, the ad will be placed on the website within two working days.
If the website advertising and hard copy mail-out option is selected, the ad will be reproduced onto 8 1/2” x 11” MEA letterhead. The job ad will be placed on the website and will be mailed to the current list of MEA members who receive copies of the job ads.
A minimum two to three day period following receipt of the job ad will be required to prepare the ad for distribution to members by mail-out.

Following distribution of the job ad, an invoice will be sent to the requesting municipality together with a sample of the ad.

On Line submission
It is possible now to submit your application on line with a credit card payment option. This option is only for Web advertisements, the direct mail option should use the above process.
