Ads can be provided electronically in either Word (.doc) or Adobe (.pdf) formats. If the website only advertising option is selected, the ad will be placed on the website within two working days. If the website advertising and hard copy mail-out option is selected, the ad will be reproduced onto 8 1/2” x 11” MEA letterhead. The job ad will be placed on the website and will be mailed to the current list of MEA members who receive copies of the job ads. A minimum two to three day period following receipt of the job ad will be required to prepare the ad for distribution to members by mail-out. INVOICING: Following distribution of the job ad, an invoice will be sent to the requesting municipality together with a sample of the ad.
