Free Online Version of the MCEA Manual
Non-Members and Members alike have the option to view the free online version of the Municipal Class Environment Assessment Manual by the clicking on the red icon on the previous page. This will bring you to Subscriptions Ordering page where the Free Online Version is available through a link. This version does not have the extended features of the subscription-based service. Registration to Online Access is required. Copyright infringement (or copyright violation) is the unauthorized use of material that is covered by copyright law, in a manner that violates one of the copyright owner's exclusive rights, such as the right to reproduce or perform the copyrighted work, or to make derivative works.
Order Your MCEA Manual through the Mail
Listed on this page as well you have the option to order the manual through the mail. The price is indicated for both Members and Non-Members. If you choose this step, the Mail Order link will take you to a new page where your contact information is required.
Once you have entered your contact information and click to move onto the next page, this will bring you to the "Shopping Cart". This ordering system displays the description of what you will be purchasing. Be sure to read the fine print concerning the shipping and handling of your order. If you are a bulk user, on the next page you can save money on your purchase by marking the checkbox that reads "Arrange My Own Shipping". If you choose this option, your courier information is required. The printer locations are also available at the bottom of this page.

Get Online Access to MCEA's Manual
If you are already a Member, you can receive the Online Version of the Manual for free. Enter the Subscriptions Ordering page and click on the link which reads "Online Access".
