The Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) offers up to ten $1,000 Bursaries made available to the children and dependents of municipal employees who are entering university engineering programs to become engineers.

Through the communication efforts of municipalities in 2009, the MEA was successful in receiving applications which permitted the award of twelve $1,000 bursaries in 2009.

The 2010 program closed application submissions on April 1, 2010. However,the program is expected to be available in 2011 and the following attachment on the 2010 program is expected to be applicable. For further information and to get the application form download the following:
