MEA Conference & AGM:

MEA is pleased to announce that the 2026 MEA Conference will be hosted by the City Vaughan at Universal Event Space (6250 Highway 7, Vaughan ON) from November 10 - 13, 2026. The conference will include technical presentations, tradeshow, tours, the annual East vs. West Hockey Classic, Bridge Building Challenge, MEA Awards Luncheon, President’s Gala and several hospitality/networking events.

This year's conference theme is:  Building a World Class City.

Hotel Information:
The MEA has made arrangements with 3 hotels adjacent to Universal Event Space. All are offering group rates starting at $209 per night (plus taxes) and they include a complimentary breakfast.
