MEA Submits MCEA Amendment Documents to MECP

MCEA Proposed Amendments Submitted to MECP September 30
The MEA has been working on the development of major amendments to the MCEA process. The proposed amendments were circluated to MEA members for comment - and significant comments were received. The MEA has now submitted the proposed amendment document templates to the Ministry of Environment, Conservation & Parks (MECP) on September 30, 2019.

The MEA is hopeful the MECP will approve these amendments later this Autumn. Once approved, the MEA will work to edit/revise the MCEA Manual and have the latest version available as soon as possible.
