MEA Provides Comments to MECP re ERO#019-7636 re: Excess Soil Regulation

The Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) recently provided comments to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation & Parks (MECP) regarding ERO No. 019-7636 which proposes to amend the Excess Soil Regulation (O. Reg. 406/19).
The comments were compiled by the MEA’s Excess Soils Working Group.
