Preliminary Overview of Proposed MPAP Regulation

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation & Parks (MECP) provided information webinars on February 28 and 29, 2024, outlining preliminary details on the proposed new Municipal Project Assessment Process (MPAP) that will ultimately replace the current Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Process (MCEA).
