The MEA's 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at approximately 11:00 am. at RBC Place Convention Centre in London, Ontario.    

As has been the MEA's practice, the AGM is being held during the MEA's annual conference event.  

The AGM Report package will be emailed to all members approximately fourteen  (14) calendar days prior to the AGM.
